Lito is currently a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer at United Laboratories (UniLab). Prior to joining UniLab, he held management positions in various companies such as Pilipinas Shell, Novartis Healthcare Philippines and Kraft Foods International. As a student at then San Beda College, he was President of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants and Editor-in-Chief of both The Bedan (the student publication of San Beda) and their year book. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and placed 3rd in the 1988 CPA Licensure Examinations. As the first President of SBUAcAA, he brings in his rich leadership experience, his great ideas and his passion to get things done as a team.

Jofer is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate, Tax, Construction and Special Projects Group in Libra Law. He advises Philippine and international companies on tax and corporate matters, such as tax advisory, tax advocacy, and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Libra Law, Jofer practiced tax and corporate law for more than twelve years. He handled due diligence reviews, tax compliance reviews, tax structuring, stock transfers, loan agreements, tax investigations, tax-related disputes, and claims for tax refunds. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Jofer teaches Business Law and Taxation at San Beda University, where he was the Chairperson of the Department of Accountancy from 2008 to 2010. He also became a Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination reviewer (2010 to 2012). Jofer obtained his Bachelor in Accountancy (2000) and Bachelor of Laws (2008) from the San Beda University. He finished his Master in Business Administration (2016) at the Ateneo De Manila University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001 and gained admission to the Philippine Bar in 2010.

Mike is the Chairman and CEO of MOORE Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. He has more than 19 years of experience in the accounting profession here and abroad. He joined then BDO Alba Romeo & Co. (now MOORE Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co.) in 2009 after his few years audit stint abroad, as an audit manager and made partner a year after. In 2015, he was unanimously elected as the Firm’s Chairman and Managing Partner at a very young age of 34 after a brief 4 years with the partnership. Since then, he is in charge of the overall management of the affairs of the partnership and was able to transform the old fledging firm into what it is today — an agile, resilient, and transformative Firm. He is actively involved in the development of the accounting profession, serving key positions in various organizations. He is a council member of the Philippines Financial Reporting Standards Council, a member of the Interagency Working Group on Islamic Banking and Finance, previously a National Director of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) representing the Public Practice Sector and a past President of the PICPA Southern Metro Manila Chapter. He was conferred the “Young Achiever in Public Practice Award” in 2015 and the “Outstanding CPA in Public Practice Award” in 2022 by PICPA. Mike is a graduate of San Beda College Manila (now San Beda University) where he obtained his degree in B.S. Accountancy. He has also taught in other educational institutions such as University of Santo Tomas AMV College of Accountancy and Chiang Kai Shek College as a guest lecturer. After his stint with SGV, he worked and is still the operations officer of their family business, Nazareno Victory Trading. Aside from his professional responsibilities, he is very active in various socio-civic organizations particularly those involved in the Filipino community in the East Coast of the United States of America. Among his current affiliations include being a director at the Philippine Independence Day Council, Inc. and being an active member in the Missionary Families of Christ – New Jersey Chapter. Previously, he was President of the Association of Filipino American Accountants in New Jersey from 2017 through 2019, and regional Vice President of the National Council of Filipino American Canadian Accountants from 2020 through 2021. Czar obtained his BS Accountancy degree from SBU in 2002. Aside from hurdling the academic pressure of the BSA course, he also represented SBU in sports competitions as student athlete.
